Is there a good way to use ATT fiber? Managed ADI is IMPOSSIBLE

It takes days to get the simplest router changes made and hours on hold and hours on the phone with offshore call centers to even get started.

Some company called ITN has fiber by me too. Does anyone know them and any experiences with them?

I can't run our company with this kind of service
