need to close a ticket that should already be closed but keep getting phone calls on it
I keep getting phone calls on a business repair ticket that should be closed. Need help closing it. I have tried to log in to the express ticketing and it wont let me and when I pull up the ticket, it shows there, but I cannot look at it anymore. What do I need to do to stop the phone calls and close the ticket.
