Needing help with port unblocking

  I have a problem which is not being resolved through normal Ticket channels even after escalating my ticket.   We currently have a business account with fiber optic lines and  have specific ports which need to be open for our corporate office to communicate with our server.  I cannot even get a return call from the normal channels.  Is there any other help to be had?
