Our Fire Alarm Phone Lines were Forwarded to a Different Property by AT&T for NO REASON- HELP~!
Hopefully someone out there at AT&T can HELP!
This is the message I received from my accounting team regarding the Fire Alarm Panel and Elevator emergency phone lines being transferred to a different property by AT&T for NO REASON! Putting the LIFE SAFETY of 34 families at risk is not a good Business Decision AT&T, I am hoping someone reads this ASAP!
RE Case Number/Confirmation Number:
"I called AT&T and confirmed that the soonest they are able to reactivate the lines is tomorrow morning around 12pm. I told Jake that these are emergency lines but he said that there is nothing else that they can do to expedite this further." [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]

Hi Chris,
It is *** and the address is ***
My number is ***
I am copying Vu to see if he can send you the account number, but it should be available via the internal AT&T customer service system.
