Samsung Promo worst ever

Ok this Samsung promo is hoorible. This makes ATT look bad, I have contacted Samsung they say contact prizelogic i contact them they say contact samsung. I send messgae to ATT on here no response. I purchased my new line on April 30th and submitted my paperwork to samsung the same day. Nobody can give me any info to what is going on.
