Towing reimbursement

On August 5 I called for a tow which Att charged me $55 and the tow company came and dropped me off and he said I owed them $55 for the tow. I told him I already paid through ATT, which he called his boss and they said they didn't do credit card so I had to pay him for the tow and he provided me with a receipt. So how do I get my refunded the initial amount I paided through Att roadside assistance.
