Worst customer service I've ever received my life at Terra Linda California AA&T store
I walked into the AT&T store in Terra Linda California and was the only customer in there and was treated with utter disrespect and rudeness. I purchased a phone on December 31st I went back in to this Terra Linda location to help me with my set up my new phone they said do that that is only a courtesy that representatives will provide and that they are there to sell products only and flat out refused to help me. I am so disgusted I am thinking of returning this new phone and going with a different provider.

I purchased a new Samsung 9 phone at the AT&T store in Santa Rosa to
replace a Samsung 6 phone I had just lost within the hour and could not
find anywhere. They used my ***@gmail.com to Retrieve data from the
old phone I had just lost earlier in the day to discover that none of my
pictures came over. And yes I am technologically challenged and realized
later that I have another Gmail account that I wasn't aware of
***@gmail.com. I happened to be in Terra Linda California today
next to an AT&T store and went in to see if they can help me retrieve my
imformation by using my alternative Gmail account. There were 4
representatives in the store and not a single customer and they flat out
refused to help me saying that if a representative helps you with set up
it is done only as a courtesy and that they were there to sell products
only and flat out refused to help me. They told me to go to the original
store where I bought the phone which was nowhere near by and have them
figure it out I had never in my life experienced such poor customer service
and I am just appalled. I talked with a friend of mine who has had similar
bad experiences with AT&T And she finally got results after contacting the
FCC and I might just have to do the same I guess. I don't have much hope
of retrieving my data because it probably wasn't backed up on a cloud but
your representatives do not speak well for your company and I will not
recommend AT&T to anybody and I'm still considering returning this phone
and going with the different provider. I am mostly writing this email to
you To document the Most horrible customer service I have ever received
anywhere and have it be noted that Terra Linda AT&T store is one to avoid
for sure.
