How do I report an AT&T driver?

A First Net (AT&T) vehicle flew past me (and I was going 5 over) and went on to weave through cars very recklessly so it wouldn’t have to slow down. Several other cars honked and that only made the driver try to go faster. I don’t think Ive seen a more irresponsible driver
