Dear AT&T-Community, i got a Windows Phone from an american colleague and want to use it in Germany and without the AT&T-Branding - how can i remove "AT&T" from the phone?

How do you export contacts from the phone to the simcard? I have a Nokia Lumia 635

The phone says Wifi is off. When I click on it, it says it is on and searching, but it finds no networks. So I exit, and it still says Wifi is off. When I click a browser, it says check your Wifi and cellular data settings.

I keep checking for a Phone Update and it keeps saying I'm up to date. I switched to AT&T to get this update, so how do I get it?

Any guess if the ATT samsung phone will ever see an update?  I think ATT could at least give an indication of when or if particular phones will get updated.
