Change of address for a former employee

Hello,

I am helping my 93 yr. old patient, who was a former employee. He has dental benefits through AT&T with Cigna. Somehow, his permanent address was changed to a temporary home he was staying in for 4 months. Cigna keeps sending his mail to that temporary address. Cigna told him they can not change his address, the address change would have to come from AT&T.

He called me frustrated, I told him I would do my best to help him. Please direct me to who can help change his address.
