Employee Verification

I am a current employee and in the process of purchasing a Town Home.  I am having problems with getting all the employment verification information that my lending is requiring.  I have gone through the process of sending the fax verification to them but they still need more information.  They are asking for a phone number to speak with an HR person or a fax number that they can send the request to.  I've been having a very difficult time finding any resources to provide them.  I close on the house on Dec. 28th so it is urgent I get this done ASAP.  Does anyone have a phone/fax number for HR to help so we can close on time?
