Former Employee - Need Help

I worked at DirecTV and then AT&T for a year before leaving the company. I left in 2016. I just received a letter from AT&T benefits and it says to logon to the benefits website to access Tax Forms, see retirement information, etc. I absolutely cannot get past the logon. I do not remember my ATTUID and there's no way to request to have it sent to me or to reset it. There is no place to call for assistance. Someone please help!!!

Hello, thanks for reaching out. You’ll need to create a former employee Global Logon in order to access. Please follow the instructions below.

Create a former employee Global Logon if already off payroll (this process requires a One-Time PIN):

1. Request PIN at HR OneStop 1-888-722- 1787 and say "Former Employee Site" 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT, M- F.

2. Visit http://access.att.com > Retiree, Former Employee or Dependent > Register

3. Enter identifying information including the PIN.

4. Create a UserID and Password.

5. You will then be routed to http://access.att.com.

6. Click on ‘Login’ (NOT Register) under Retiree, Former Employee > Enter your new credentials > Complete Security Profile.

@ATTBusinessForums the problem is that I must have had an ATTUID when I was an employee and I don’t remember it. There’s no way that I can find to recover my ATTUID and it has proven impossible to defeat any of the voice automated systems because they all ask for the ATTUID or won’t let me advance in the system.

According to the instructions you would say " former employee".

This is what is so frustrating. Everything assumes that I know the ATTUID. To request a PIN by dialing HR One Stop, it asks for my ATTUID. If I don't know it, it basically hangs up on me and says to call my supervisor. I do not know my ATTUID. I haven't used it since 2016 and do not remember it. There is no where that I can find to help recover it.

Literally the worst brick wall, unfriendly site I've ever encountered.
