AT&T Global Network Client Problem in Windows 10
Cannot get AGNC to work with the new Windows 10. Had to roll back to Windows 7 and works fine. Is there a setting that has to be changed or does AGNC need to be fixed to work with Windows 10?

I had the same issue. I upgraded to Windows 10. Connected to campus, but could not ping or connect to any devices. I uncheck MS LLDP in the AGN Virtual Network Adapter while still connect and was able to ping and connect to my servers on campus. I'm using version 9.6.0. Additional note, I recheck the MS LLDP after I disconnect from campus. I reconnect again and was still able to ping and connect to my servers. Another side note, I didn't see Windows 7 include MS LLDP in its adapter. Hope this helps out.

I found after upgrading from Win 8.1 to Win 10, my AT&T network interface had gone. I uninstalled and re-installed the network client. Great all connected (albeit slow on first attempt), but could not connect to anything across VPN (Using dual IP SEC access). Disabled the MS LLDP and had to reboot PC. All working fine since.

This is getting to a level of absurd AT&T. We have gone from Q3'15 to 'sometime Q1'16'. This is obviously impacting a very large number of your customers, and I can speak for my company who has over 300,000 users that utilize this client. This needs to get addressed now and not continually put off. Perhaps people should roll off of this platform and onto something that is better supported and with better customer service (e.g. AnyConnect).

We are coming on just two weeks until the end of Q1. Since there seems to be zero progress, how far is this being pushed out this time?

Hello, we will have further information by the end of March. In the mean time there is a Beta available for testing using the link below.

Based on the messages I have seen, it is nice to see I'm not the only one experiencing issues with Windows 10 and the AT&T VPN client. However, the fact that the update continues to be pushed back, and vague answers are being given by AT&T is ridiculous. I work for a software company as a Product support specialist, and if we treated our clients this way with vague answers, constant timeline pushback, and no transparency, we wouldn't have any clients. This needs to be resolved, as any new computer that somebody purchases will come with Windows 10. How can a company in that focuses on technology be so out of touch with its customer base? Technology is changing exponentially, and vendors need to keep up with the current OS' in the market, and AT&T has failed miserably.

FWIW:
I just tried installing your beta, but received an Error 1722 when the installer attempted to stop ip helper service. If this is not a known issue and you would like more details, please feel to reach out.
Thanx,
