Connect with AT&T Network Client in IBM internal

Hi@All,

We have a problem with the AT&T Network Client.
We have to connect to the Account-ID CHIBMTEC from inside IBM.
But when we want to connect inside IBM, the connect-button is greyed out:


Can anybody help me ? The Version which is installed is Version 7.6.3.3012 from ISSI.
I found an exe-file inside the installation-folder called v7tweak.exe, but that doesn't work always..
