Purchase vacant land behind ATT switching center

Hello,

We are building a community park for our subdivision. AT&T has a lot that borders our lot where the park will be located. Only half of the AT&T lot is occupied. The other half is vacant grass. I am trying to reach someone from AT&T real-estate holdings about potentially purchasing the .38 acres behind the existing switching station so we can expand our neighborhood park.
