When I log in to Premier, I am told my phone is eligible to upgrade. However, there are NO apple devices at all listed on the page where I would choose the phone. Premier support by phone had no options for "device upgrades" and the web support person was unable to help. How can we pre-order an iPhone 4S this way?

Thanks, I ended up talking to someone in orders and was able to place the order by phone. For all out there, the number that got me to someone who was able to help was 1-888-444-4410.
