Canceled order
I recently placed an online order for a new phone with the addition of two lines. It was approved, with a credit check, and then today I got an email saying the order was cancelled and to go in store to verify my id. They said they were unable to verify the information due to the cancellation and my only other option would be to place an order in store, which would call for a second credit check. As well, I would not be getting the same deal and would have to pay full price for the device. The order, I was told, was most likely cancelled due to COVID-19 and closures of call centers and such as lay offs for those who verify the identification processes if that makes sense (he worded it much better). If it was left pending, they would be able to fulfill the request, but it was cancelled before any notice was given to go in to verify. If new account creations online are down, do not give the option if it will get cancelled and denied after the credit check- I would have just gone in store. I’m incredibly sensitive about my credit, and would like for the order to be reopened so I don’t have to go through the process again. Things like this are incredibly frustrating, especially in regards to sensitive financial issues.

Hello @hantson50,
Thank you for your message. We greatly apologize for this frustrating experience. We will be happy to look into this further? Was the lines that got approved for a personal account?
