Need my wirelless phone working

Hello my name is Patricia Harris, The name of my business is MY CHILDRENS PLACE, I purchased a #11 iphone at a ATT store in Arlington Texas. I Went to this store on Aug 8, 2020. It is Aug 10, 2020 I am not able to receive my calls. The phone keeps showing me iphone is disable and it does not appear to have down loaded anything . I have received calls but I can not call out or see my information.
