Firstnet horrible customer service

In September I traded in my iPhone 12 to get the iPhone 14.  When the iPhone 14 was delivered to my house I put my iPhone 12 into the box that was sent as per instructions and sent it out.  Beginning of December I started to receive messages saying they never received my device.  Dec 15th I called Firstnet and they said they sent my phone to the wrong warehouse and I’ll be charged 559.59 until

they can fix the issue. After fighting for 5 hours they said they would open up an emergency case and it would be resolved in 3 days. January 2nd 2023 I received a letter saying I would be charged 559.99 on december 31st 2022…. So I was automatically charged without being notified in time.  After calling again to get this fixed, and after another 5 hours on the phone it was determined the first person I spoke to on december 15 never opened a case. Longer story somewhat shorter after 45 days I had to call again and again and it finally got resolved partially.  On the 46th day I find out the bill was cancelled but the amount was never applied towards my installment plan for my new phone.  Now I’m back at it again dealing with this headache.  At this point I’m ready to quit Firstnet this has been a horrible headache.
