Firstnet wireless

Almost a year now I been having signal issues. At home, work, and the travel to and from between the two. I have called numerous times about the matter and all they do is note it down. A few gave only $20 credit. $20 off service I can barely use 30% if the time if I am lucky. I have been having to hook up to wifi to use the phone. Took the phone to apple and they cleared the phone to be working perfectly fine. I took it to the ATT store and they advised it’s best to purchase a signal booster router and a plan, was told it’ll help the phone extend the signal to a tower that works. Turns out that was just a way to sell me something, now I am down an additional $300 for the device that never worked. Times i did speak to a rep from firstnet they had advised towers were continuously down that serves my area. Yet knowing the towers are down they refuse to lower the bill and demand the full bill is paid even though I can’t even get full complete service. Told to continue to call back to see when the towers will be up and when and if they  are, they’ll credit the account then. As a first responder this is by far the worst cell plan I have decided to get. Bad enough our pay isn’t great now stuck in this plan until items are paid off, one of which was suggested to buy to be able to even get the service working. If you are a first responder, avoid this company! I highly recommend doing research and seeing what is best in your home and work area. Those on firstnet already, look into leaving. Do not want to be in that scene or situation where you need service and not have it, leading to something bad happening as a result. As I write this, 8/30/23 at 1607hrs my phone has zero signal showing “sos” and having to use wifi.
