Service (Edited per community guidelines)

The only resolution is to let me leave with no penalties I would like my device installment plan erased I want to switch carriers this company does not care about first responders I will continue to file complaint after complaint until I get my resolution I will go to any source that will listen to me news etc corporate entities my service has went down multiple times with no explanation no one cares first net has a lot of complaints I believe they are taking money from the federal government and not actually putting it into the network to make it redundant I will take screenshots and email them to corporate first net you have messed with the wrong customer I don’t give up without a fight
