Stay Away from FirstNet

Long story short, I was deceptively sold an Apple Watch when I went to upgrade my phone.  Despite not wanting/needing the watch, the salesman said that no new line would be open and I would not incur any additional charges outside of a one-time activation fee and the tax on the watch.  Fast forward, I’ve called them numerous times about the deceptive sales tactic of the 20 something year old who fed me (Edited per community guidelines) and the wrong information.  I’ve paid over $800 for a product I’ve never used because it did in fact open a new line to the cost of $33+ a month. Over $800 for a $299 product.  I’ve put in numerous claims with quite a few “loyalty department” representatives with no success and absolutely zero communication every single time. Stay away from FirstNet, Verizon has their own first responder network as does T-Mobile.
