Hello, In October of 2018 last year, with the recommendation of my co-workers in the firehouse, I switched over to first net from AT&T mainly because of a $200 promotion that was offered. I had called in a few times about this promotion and was told every time that it would post as a credit. I also met and spoke with the sales representative that switched me over and she assured me that it will post. I still did not receive this promotion credit to this day. I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you
