Hello,
I have signed up for FirstNet at my local AT&T store and most things have been working good. The biggest thing that isn’t working is the ability to manage my service online. Every time I click on manage it takes me to a page as if I am starting a new subscription. I called support the other day and they said they would send an email to fix the issue, which I never received. The other thing is, is there a way to setup visual voicemail on an iPhone with FirstNet? It is a useful feature I used often with my last provider.
