What do I do next

I was in a AT&T store
(6451 w diversey chicago il 60607) today I went to get my Apple Watch paired to my phone and get a new SIM card because my first net one wasn’t working the associate Jeffery who said he was a manager has zero customer service skills as he tried to assist me his personal phone kept ringing he kept telling me to “hold up”. His customer service wasn’t even the problem he had my watch on the side of the table next to his keyboard on a extremely wobbly table my watch fell off the table and completely broke mind you the watch is three days old and when I asked him to replace it he said he couldn’t and told me to leave the store I refused to leave and he then called the police the police came and said I could wait for the manager to come and see how they wanted to go forward well store manager Miguel ***** never should up I then kept calling customer service who finally got ahold of the store manager and connected our calls I asked him did he review the tape he said no
