11 AT&T MOBILITY COLLECTION?
I have at&t prepay service, my phone won't work when the $ runs out. Just checked my credit score and now I have a collections debt to credence resource manager for an account that says it was opened July 28, 2020. I didn't open the account and I think it is strange that it would already be in collections. How do I take care of this and who do I need to talk to?

Let's look into helping you resolve that collections amount owed. You will need to dispute the matter with Collections at 800-947-5096 M-F: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM ET; Sat: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM ET; Sun: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM ET.
If your identity was used to establish AT&T service without your knowledge, please call our Global Fraud Management Organization at 877.844.5584 (Wireless account).
