We got a new OAH account that was set up as a trial that expires tomorrow. It is called a POC or Proof OF Concept account. I didn't know this until I got an e-mail last night. I mean I signed a contract, agreed to pricing and ordered phones, so it seemed normal. I have been on the phone all day

I (and another admin of our account) have collectively spent about 4 hours on the site, we've talked to numerous on-line reps and can't see our bill so we cannot pay it. Any help would be appreciated. I hate to have to attend a training class just to pay our stupid bill.
