A nightmare!

So my home burns downs (to the foundation) I cancel my service and the gal tells me this will be treated like a disaster, she's sorry for my loss. A month later I get a bill for a non returned gateway. I called and the gal said I'm gonna take care of this... This month... Another bill! I've been with AT&T for 26+ years and at my lowest point, they wanna get 163 more bucks outta me.... I talk ( or yelled at ) the folks in the office of the president all morning today. What's wrong with the world today!?
