AT&T Locker

I recently have tried using Locker to upload photos from my Lumia1020 to my MacBook Air via the Chrome browser. There seem to be a number of bugs.

1. Uploads are not current, they come in from random dates.
2. Not all my pictures are uploaded, again, seem to come in occassionally with many missing. In other words Locker never caught up with all my images. (I have a lot, 1,500 at least.)
3. The upload system seems to only work when: 1) I'm in a WiFi location, 2) I have the AT&T Locker app open on my phone, 3) I have the AT&T Locker upload site open on my Mac.
4. You should also be aware that when you search AT&T Locker Troubleshooting, the first AT&T Link is from a service rep about her leaving a year+ ago. 

By the way, tried to post this at http://forums.att.com/t5/forums/postpage/choose-node/true/interaction-style/forum?message-subject=locker and it kept asking for a board. I'd choose one, but it wouldn't register it.
