AT&T Unified Messaging Run-around
I have an AT&T Unified Messaging account and it's a standalone messaging account. I'm trying to get clarification on a billing question and the reason I am receiving credit checks for billing payments that I've made. To date, the service is still working, but I'm not sure why I'm receiving credit checks. I have been transferred about 10 times to various numbers but no help has been given. In fact, no one seems to know what part of AT&T is handling this. The number on the bill for inquiries is 877-677-3770 but if you call that number it says "no longer in service" and referes to a general AT&T 800 number where reps don't know anything about UM accounts. HELP!!!!
