ATTM Settlement
I received two checks for the ATTM Settlement. Is this legit or a scam?
The check offered a web site to look into, www.attmsettlement.com, but I am wary as it came from the same paper as the check. In key word searching att.com for attmsettlement I didn't see any ready reference to the settlement.

Hi Nancy - how much did the lawyers make from the settlement?

@PeggyWY The lawyers made enough money to put all of their children and grandchildren through Ivy league colleges and had enough left over to buy a nice vacation home. Meanwhile, I'm still trying to figure out what to do with my 3 cents.

I only got a penny, and to think before opening the envelope I quit my job and booked a world tour expecting a sizeable settlement. boy was I surprised when I opened the envelope! I'm still going to cash the check though a penny saved is a penny earned.

Between me and my spouse, we recieved $11.48 cents. That's a lot comparred to others who recieve $0.03 cents. It's nothing but insult to Amaericans working hard to pay ther bills. These class actions are lugubrious, sardonic, hanky panky charade capitalistic bruhaha meant to rob Peters to pay Pauls. Excuse my gramatical kilishi feelings here.Seriosly these people are intrested in thier ability to take vaccations in prestigious clubs in the bahamas. anyway am going to buy an hummer jeep for my wife on december 30, 2016 with my money that i recieve.

Due to printing problems mentioned by people above, my wife's check and my check were both rejected. A digit is missing from the routing number. I'm not saying someone would do that to help prevent people from cashing these checks before the 90-day limit but... it would be a profitable move that totally fits the MO of a company that would say "we didn't do anything wrong but we're going to give you a quarter million to settle it."

I got a check for $8.72. Lost it for a time and when I finally deposited it, the check was returned to my bank and I suffered a $12.00 penalty. Thanks AT&T!

The phone number offers NO help with checks that have been issued and CAN'T be cashed because of one number missing in the routing number.
I did go to the website attmsettlement.com and filled out the bottom Contact Us form requesting REISSUE of NEW CHECK so that I can collect / cash it.
