Billing

My new billing invoice from AT&T Wireless includes an old tablet that I discontinued several years ago. Where did that come from? It's $13.28 a month that hasn't been on by bill for years.....     I'm totally frustrated not to be able to TALK TO SOMEONE!!!

I've been on hold now for nearly an hour waiting for a LIVE PERSON!!
