Business Account to Personal Account

My husband used to run a small business out of our home, but has since stopped. We get up our AT&T account as business account initially to get internet for the small business. We now get cheaper internet through our utility company -- we need to convert our mobile plan from a business account to a personal account. I have tried speaking with customer service; however, no one has been able to help me. As a result, we are paying way more per month for cell service than we need. Please assist.
