Credit Karma Collection Notice for "ATT MOBILITY"

I received a notification of a collections open from: "Original Creditor Name

ATT MOBILITY"

It says the account is still open, but I have never used ATT&T past or present. I put in a dispute with Equifax, but I want to close the loop on this and get the fraudulent account closed that is using my identity and get all this cleared up.
