Email contact or Phone number of Supervisor for a complaint
I am a restaurant owner who uses ATT for all three aspects of telephone, internet and Direct TV. My phone lines have been down for 8 days now with 2 visits and 2 missed appointments that they keep rescheduling. I have lost thousands of dollars over the past week with no phone lines available for my customers to call. Is there a email address or a phone number of a Supervisor (not a support tech that shuffles me around and still doesn't resolve anything) that I can use. If this is not resolved this weekend, I will take all three aspects of my business elsewhere.

I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER FOUR HOURS!!!
1-877-844-5584 is a horrible joke, so is 1-800-331-0500
I do not have an AT&T account...I received two letters in the mail regarding 'changes to my account'
