I need a global logon pin so that I can create an account to collect my W2. I'm a formal employee.

I'm an AT&T retiree. I want a Summary of Benefits and Coverage for a health care option. I read that it's available by logging in to AT&T Global. I tired to register at AT&T Global as a retiree and got a message that said, "Records suggest not retired employee of AT&T". How do I prove I am a retiree/what do I need to log in?
