How can I get help

I am having a heck of a time getting an issue resolved.

I attempted to purchase minutes in a 1000 minute increment, at $42.60  for my ATT prepaid card at virtualprepaidminutes.com. The website kept telling me my purchase was not going through due to a problem with my credit card.  I know my card is fine, so I kept trying.  Then i tried a second card several times.  Then I called my credit card companies.  Turns out BOTH cards were being charged THE ENTIRE TIME.  So I was charged ten times on one card at 42.60 each, and 6 times on the other card for $42.60 each, and a total of 16,000 minutes.

I certainly do not need, nor can I use 16,000 minutes, and I absolutely cannot afford the total charges on my cards which added up to almost $682.  

To top it all off, the minutes didn't even show up on my card!

How can I get this issue resolved.
