I need an AT&T small businesss manager or expert to contact me ASAP, please...
Hello, I have quite the situation here. Evidently your rep. did not understand that I was to be set up with a business account - what you call a "PREMIER" small business account - but - that didn't happen. I ended up with a residential wireless order, see attached screen shot. I did get the basics of what I need in this order, a new SIM for my existing iphone 7 and your new, "rugged" 4G broadband box.
Since I am also a home customer with AT&T Fiber - I think this is where the confusion came in. My business has become so mobile if you will that your fiber home internet is really a waste for me. I want to go all 4G LTE now, totally wireless - no wired services anymore.
Having said this - I think you get the jist of my concerns here, but as CEO, I need to get this tied up - tonight I hope. Please feel free to email me or text me. This information is public in my profile.
