Looking to confirm an order placed on ATT.com actually went through.

Hello! Last week, I placed an order for a new phone on the business account I administer. I have received a "Your opinion is important to us" email asking for a review of the phone, but I didn't receive an order confirmation email or any tracking information. Is there a way to see purchase history online?

This is the link I needed for the question asked Track your Order | AT&T (att.com). Even with an order created from a business account, that is the link to use.

Thomas, we have not heard back from the account manager. I did leave her messages and also provided the support number she will have to call in because we did not verify the account to move forward.
