Merging personal lines to one business account

Thank you for posting on the Business Community.  Does the Business Account exist or it would be new?  If the Business does not have a Tax-ID, an ATT Store can be visited to create a Sole Proprietor Business Account.

thanks for writing back! It would be a new account, and our business is an LLC with a Tax Id. Both my business partner and I currently have existing service with AT&T wireless, only they are both under our personal names and we would like to add them all to a single business account.

You can call the general 1-800-331-0500 customer service number and the billing department can transfer you to the transferring team to create the new business account.  Once the new business account is created they can move your personal account to it.  Once that is the done, the next step is your business partner to call in and have the billing department place a note that the Business is taking over financial responsibility of that personal account.  Once that note is place on that account, they can move that to the new Business Account that was created.
