Message from Poland, problem with iPhone 6

Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing from Poland, with huge problem. I bought an Iphone 6 in polish service called "olx.pl", and I have been deceived. Yesterday I had reported this case to polish police, and I found out, that this phone is from Puerto Rico. It has simlock, and I am not able to cancel it, because this phone is block. 

I want You to know, that I was saving a money for over one year to buy myself Iphone 6. And now, I am without it, and also without money. I am totally hopless. The man who I bought this phone from has dissapeard. I would even say that he stolen my money. Moreover polish police is not the best in solving cases like this. 

I know the IMEI number of this phone: *****. And please, tell me how could I activate this phone. In the shop with mobile phones they told me, that they could not cancell the simlock blockade, and I must contact with your management. 

As I said before, I am from Poland, and I have no so much capabilities to solve my problem. I do not even know how Your service works, so if it is no problem, please contact with me by my e-mail adress: *****.
