My bill-it doesn't get any better

I recently posted a message (11/16/2013) regarding a disconnect notice that I received in regards to service updates that were not put into effect when noted (May 2013) and in which I wasted too much time and energy in attempting to fix.  From this post, I received some standard reply messages but I also received a call from Veronica (last name omitted) who indicated that she would be my case manager for my complaint. 

 

I would like to note that I have continued paying our standard invoice charges (not the amount charged for early termination $130).  Veronica called again yesterday and noted that they are currently working on my complaint and that someone would be calling me within a day/two to follow up.  This morning I find out that our business number has been disconnected.  Of course I wonder to myself, does the right hand know what the left hand is doing.  I know the answer.  I have someone who has been assigned to my account and calls me twice to let me know that our account is being reviewed.  I have left a message for Veronica this morning with regards to our service being disconnected. 

 

We have to call each of our accounts to let them know that our business line has been disconnected (embarrassing and inconvenient). I have lost all faith in this company and realize in this game, the smaller business has no foot to stand on.
