"national account discount" removed and can't get added back
I discovered the "national account discount" on my wireless service was removed when the plan was switched from Unlimited to Unlimited Plus. I called to try to have in reinstated and was given 2 numbers to call 888-296-4561 and 877-712-5791. The first one disconnected me the first time saying it couldn't connect me to the needed extension and now is on terminal hold (silence). The second number has a fax connected to it.
How do I get the discount put back on my account (should never have been removed)? The account does still have the FAN# on it according to my bills.
