Office of the President
How can I get ahold of the Office of The President in order to have a case reviewed in which AT&T has overcharged our company and is not issuing full credit, even though the issue was by no fault of ours, as we cancelled the services we were billed for.

I need help my name is Trudy. I am having billing issues! I an being charged for services for when I had turned in the equipment. I have called AT&T at least 10 time and have been hung up on sent to the wrong dept. I am so frustrated. I canceled my cell phone business account and moved to T-mobile. I have spoken with the escalations dept. I have been told one thing multiple times of which it never happened! I will not pay that finial bill amount.I have no problem paying what I owe. Please help me if I get no resolution I will retain an attorney.
