Special Service
Hello Team!
I have an account open at a site that my company no longer works at.
I have sent in notices to the WiPro service to have it disconnected and the response back has been that it is a 'Special Service'.
They closed the ticket.
I asked what the Special Service was and receive no response.
I need to know what this is so I can submit the request to disconnect to the correct department.
What would you do in this case?
