Terminate a SONET Account
Hello
I have a SONET Circuit I need disconnected.
I have attempted this through the Disconnect desk but the system will not accept it.
I have sent several disconnect notices to Global Support and they state they cannot disconnect it and go to the Disconnect desk or our Account Manager.
I have sent several disconnect notices to our Account Manager, however, there has been no response for this one particular circuit.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
I do not wish to have another set of instructions to carry out myself, but will do that if necessary. We need to have this circuit terminated as it is no longer needed.

Thanks for your help, Charlene. I've been directed to set up a meeting with our account managers. I have done that and I'm waiting for a response from them.
