unethical customer service

I have 3 land line for my business that get renewed every year for last 18 yrs; i recd. renewal letter and when i tried to renew the link on that letter is wrong then i called customer service and i was on phone for hors with no success. I was given option to change my land lines to VOIP and this one lady in LA  (email pr1452@att.com) created a VOIP account and instead of my 3 business lines she added 6 lines to my account. When tech came to install he said this was wrong way set up account because instead of business she created residential account and added 3 additional lines on  her own; tech said sales persons do this so they can get additional commission. Tech left without installation. Then i call called ATT again and was on phone for 3 hrs with an other lady Lynn # B6Q3FC7 who created another account and said it was not going through and she will call me on tuesday but she never called. Then i called and spoke to another guy in loyalty dept who said he should create another account because other one there was no tech scheduled. My bill for 2 months is now 722/month instead of 200/month and not one is helping with refund on this account. I have been on phone for hours with att with no resolution. I am extremely tire off dealing with this and have already switched from ATT to spectrum at my other business location unfortunately i do not have an option at this location to  switch but i am aggressively looking. I am extremely disappointed with such an unethical and disorganized company; customer service is more like customer harassment dept. I am so fed up with ATT and not sure how can i resolve this. I will appreciate any resolution tips. I want my money refunded that they charged me for 2 months and want my services set up at an affordable monthly price. THX
