void checks

Why are you making this so difficult

I dont understand why this is so difficult. I an't just answer your email I have to log into your communty account. Everytime i do they don't acepet my password and i have to reset it. Then i get anothewr message that i need to provide something new.

This is starting to feel like a scam. I can't imagin that a company like At&t cant look up their own check number and date. What does it matter and why should i have to prove why the check was issued. Please stop  jerking me around. Do you intend to reissue a check, or not? My next step is to go to small claims court and take your void check there. If i do not hear back by monday I am going to small claims court in ventura county.
