Why are these AT&T people so inept???Just post the GD solution and stop wasting our time.

You make it so difficult for your customers to use your services! Why in the God's name wouldn't I be able to login to the mobile app with the same credentials I use to login through web browser? Why are you making me google FAN PIN? I'll just keep on going...
The premier website is a miserable experience.

The 1-star app rating is a perfect reflection of you and your commitment to help people.

I wish I could combine my near flawless AT&T cellular service with the ease of use and pricing of my Uber app.

I will never see a reply to this post because I will never return to this link, never see Lisa the social media managers request for me to do something for her, never figure out my FAN PIN, never be able navigate the the nebulous avenues required to figure out mobile app login procedure before my billing statement cycles, never have a pertinent need for the app again, nevvv....ermind.

First world problems. At least I feel better now. No thanks.

Hello @Sweetjesus1234

Thank you for reaching out on our Business Community. Sorry to hear that the service's we offer to our customer are difficult to use. I will be glad to go over the information step by step with you and help setup the App. The Fan pin is a pin number we generate in our internal systems. I will be happy to schedule a call and explain the pin process and the log in process for the MY AT&T Business App.

I have to laugh.  You have so perfectly expressed how I feel about AT&T MyAT&T app.  Useless piece of crap.  I can't get the simplest information about the business account and the 3 cell phones on it that I am responsible for.  Argh!!!!

It is now 2019 and still we have to jump through hoops to get a FAN PIN (whatever that is).

ATT is extremely incompetent and not even close to being user friendly.

I called for help, and gave a lot of information, after which the person said he could not give me a FAN PIN!!

Wow

Mark said it was above his level to give me a FAN PIN, and said someone else would call me right away.

That was 15 minutes ago.

What does a business customer have to do to get service???

Hello @tpynn1,

Thank you for your recent posting. We appreciate your participation within the Business Community. I'm sorry to read about the issues with getting some assistance for your account and gaining access to the Fan Pin. The Fan stands for Foundation Account Number. The pin is Something that is setup and unique to the account for protection. We will be glad to help! Please send me a private message by clicking here (https://soc.att.com/2XGCREK) and be sure to include the following details so I can help:

Why is AT&T forcing business accounts to waste time trying to find out what a fan pin number.  This is amazing...

I couldn't agree more!  This is a bunch of nonsense.  I cannot sign in the app either.  I enter the famous FAN number and it says it's wrong while I have it right here on my bill.  Also, I am beyond frustration.  My voice mail box won't let me customize a greeting.  I haven't had a personal greeting in months.  My old phone had it and suddenly, it was gone.  Someone told me they couldn't leave me a message.  I thought not much of it and got a new phone thinking that would fix the issue - but I have to apologize to Apple - it wasn't their fault.  I was sent back and forth by people in my local AT&T store, one of which told me the latest Apple update would fix the issue - it did not.  I tried everything offered on YouTube and online and at AT&T and still there's no resolution.  AT&T, we've been with you for many years.  This is unacceptable.  We have Direct TV with you, too, so we pay you a cool 300 bucks total per month.  Back to the visual voice mail issue - I talked with a tech person at my local AT&T store yesterday who had no solution and they sent me to an Apple expert.  The Apple expert can't believe it.  It's not the blasted phone people.  It's a CARRIER ISSUE that I can't resolve. I am beyond angry.  I'm switching to Verizon soon.  Enough is enough.  I would like to switch my phone to someone else just long enough to see if another carrier works better.  Also, I cannot change my voice mail pass code.  I have spent many frustrating hours on this issue!  I got better things to do!

Hello @BMS4040,

Thank you for reaching out on our Business Community. We greatly apologize for the frustrations.  We are more than happy to help.  The FAN found on your bill is the Foundation Account Number which is different than the FAN PIN that is needed to register for the myATT account.  We are also currently having an issue with the visual voicemail platform.  You should be able to hold down the number "1" key to access your voicemail.

Please private message me by clicking here the following information, so I can further assist you.

The problem is, no one can leave me a voice mail.  The system automatic response is that my mail box is not set up and good bye, and hangs up on the caller!
