I have had my attglobal.net email account since ibm.net became attglobal.net.   It is really difficult now to find information on attglobal.net.  This makes no sense.  Technical configuration settings should not be difficult information to find.  Attempting to find the Attglobal.net support phone number seems buried in ATT.  Please do something.  I have had my attglobal.net email account for many years, and I would like to keep it, but it seems difficult to now find basic configuration information.  Where can we find information on attglobal.net email smtp/pop/imap settings ??  Where is the attglobal.net support phone number ??   In the past, we could check our attglobal.net email online when the attglobal.net website still worked.  Has that capability gone away or has the website moved ??  Your help would be appreciated.   Thanks, Jim ***

I have the same issue.  I've also had this email address since it migrated from ibm.net in 1992.  I need to change my password and was directed to the myATT site to do so and received a popup that my account could not be found.  I tried the chat option and was told that "that's just a security protocol" and that I needed to call the help desk.  The man at the help desk tried to tell me that I must have an att.net email address and argued with me about the existence of attglobal.net addresses (ATT never had them according to this kid!)  When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he wouldn't let me.  

The bottom line is I need to change my password and there must be some sort of user friendly way to to do it.  The email address on the attglobal.net webpage is no longer in service (it should probably be taken down.)  If ATT is going to handle these users, the staff really should be made aware of our existence.  Please help.
